Therefore, balance is needed to maintain the stability of both physical and mental health. One way to maintain mental health is to maintain a work-life balance. PT Total Bangun Persada, Tbk is a construction company that focuses on quality and customers. To achieve this, a fairly high productivity rate is needed. This study aims to help companies increase productivity by using work-life balance analysis, which has three indicators: time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. Quantitative methods will be used in this study to determine the process characteristics of increasing productivity using a Likert scale analysis to determine the level of work-life balance in a construction project. The results of this survey will be used by the company's decision makers to determine the alternative characteristics of decision making. Result for the study found that current condition of work-life balance according to time balance is currently in an average condition. According to involvement balance is a pretty good achievement. According to satisfaction balance it was found that the respondents indicated a fairly high level of satisfaction with the environment, work activities, and matters outside their work. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that work-life balance and productivity are interrelated. Imbalanced work lives will lead to stress and burnout, which will reduce the performance of employees. Therefore, a good work-life balance will be able to improve a person's performance, which will result in inner pleasure, which will indirectly increase productivity. Improving work-life balance with the aim of increasing productivity can be done in various ways like Family Time, Brainstroming, Health Benefits, and Bonuses. Based on the results of the research conducted, the indicator of work-life balance that most influences employees in the construction sector is the time balance indicator. text
