Summary: | The aims of developing a digital audiovisual comic about traditional musical instrument for
teenagers 15 - 18 years of age is to preserve the culture of Indonesia, and also as a media to
present information to increase teenagers’ interests in traditional music instrument of
Indonesia. The background of this study is to highlight the importance of traditional music
instrument in terms of preservation of culture and characteristics of Indonesia, which needs
to be preserved in the media, such as digital comics. The digital comic is made and published
digitally, with added sound effects on certain panels to highlight the sound of the traditional
music instrument as the main topic. From this study, the writer hopes that the development
of the digital audiovisual comic can increase interest around traditional music instrument,
especially teenagers, so that traditionak music instrument of Indonesia can be preserved.
The result of this study is a digital audiovisuak comic that can be a media of information
about traditional music instrument of Indonesia for teenagers 15 - 18 years of age. |
