The energy or light sources required for this effect include sunlight, regular lamp light, or UV lamps. The glow in the dark phenomenon offers a distinctive and visually appealing aesthetic, capable of augmenting the value of products featuring this attribute. Despite the existence of numerous decoration techniques utilized by the ceramic market and artists in Indonesia, the utilization of glow in the dark effect in ceramic products remains relatively prevalent but largely untapped. Therefore, the objective of this research is to facilitate wider adoption of fluorescent materials in the creation of fluorescent ceramic glaze, aiming to bring about a breakthrough in the Indonesian ceramic market. This endeavor is driven by the aesthetic allure of such glaze, which has the potential to enhance the selling value of the products. The ultimate outcome of this research is to attain and implement appropriate techniques for applying fluorescent glaze to decorative ceramic objects. text
