Description
Summary:Cisoka District is a city located in Banten Province. The Cidurian River which flows right next to Cisoka District is one of the main causes of floods that occur every year and causes losses both socially and economically. This research is intended to plan the best flood control system that can be implemented in the Cidurian River in terms of river integration, in order to increase the maximum capacity of the river so that it can accommodate a larger water discharge and handle downstream discharge. The plans planned are embankments, normalization, ponds, and upstream conservation as a function of flood control. Hydraulic modeling was performed using HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS and QGIS software. The feature used in modeling using HEC-RAS is 1D (one dimension) which examines the ratio between the flood water level and the river bank elevation.
