The Digital Village Program has been successfully implemented in Kenanga Village, with community participation reflecting UU No.6 about Village Law. Harmonization between the government and the community is a crucial factor in the program's success. This research aims to identify community participation practices in the thematic fisheries Digital Village Program in Kenanga Village, using the democracy cube framework. The participant selection, discussion, and decision-making methods are analyzed in each stage. Data is obtained from interviews, observations, and literature, analyzed using a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study indicates that the space for community participation practices expands with the progress of the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation stages of the program. The participant selection method shifts from "Unit Ahli Pemerintah" to "Pemangku Kepentingan Non-Ahli" involving community groups engaged in freshwater fish farming, namely the DAQOM group and the Barokah Group. The discussion method becomes more inclusive, prioritizing community aspirations, ranging from "Tanpa Komunikasi" to "Musyawarah and Mufakat". The decisionmaking method also undergoes changes, with a shift from "Keuntungan Pribadi" without community participation to "Kolaborasi Dengan Pemerintah" and eventually achieving "Kedaulatan Penuh" where the community has full authority in decision-making text |
