Summary:Travel is an economic spearhead for a Nation including it’s region. The pandemic has had a massive impact on the tourism sector so that currently, the whole country is slowly rebuilding its economy. One of them is Gresik City which is part of Indonesia, although it has excelled in the field of religious tourism, there is one thing that is characteristic and identity for Gresik Regency but is not known by many tourists, namely traditional food which is heavily influenced by history and culture. Traditional food is one of the things that distinguishes one region from another, this certainly fulfills the requirements of tourists' interest in visiting an area due to the need to leave a strong impression for the visitors to then give them the impression of wanting to return to the areas they visited. In addition to introducing traditional food. Building a facility for the traditional food center for the Gresik City, in addition to introducing their traditional food, is also to introduce the identity of the Gresik City to tourists so that Gresik has an official identity in the eyes of national and international tourists.
