Trash has become a major issue on a national scale there are no good rules and guidelines. The purpose of this study is to provide SOPs in a circular economy with the perspective of service science as a growth strategy for NYAMPIH, a start-up for waste logistics management. The object of study is food and beverage businesses in Bandung, such as coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels. This study uses a qualitative approach by observing and also interviewing a total of 8 respondents who have the position of manager and business cleaning division. The primary data used is NYAMPIH operations with company documents and literature reviews as well as summaries and thoughts from various sources to support this research. The result of this study is that the F&B sector still has difficulties in managing its waste because there are no regulations or guidelines that the industry has properly adopted of the limited power granted and the absence of any assigned responsibilities from superiors, the process of waste management and selection is not supported by the current infrastructure. The purpose of this study creation of SOPs for efficient education, mentorship, and assessment are some of the tactics that will be used in the NYAMPIH SOPs to be able to draw in customers. By creating a circular economy scheme for organic and non-organic waste which results in more sustainable economic growth. And also the perspective from service science using the analysis of the value co- creation process to collaborate with all stakeholders in building business processes that are even better synergized to expand the market quickly. text
