The good business plan is very useful to make an investment decision. Business plan contain a deep analysis of market, technical, environment and financial. As a matter of fact, feasibility study was used to basic assessment for define how success the business goes, particulary for the investor, venture capitalist or bank before they give some money to fund the business. moreover, the feasibility study is used to basic controller and planner for an entrepreneur also could encourage them to doing business. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In the research of the end project was carried out by the business plan of the natural sand supplies business whiches start from exploitation of sand quarry until delivery to customers that will be undertaken by PT. XYZ. The method for financial analysis of the business plan referred in appropriateness parameters: Pay Back Period (PBP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) with a few scenario devide by selling target and by percentage of equity. Other analysis would made affect a decision to run this business too as market analysis and technical analysis will be issued in this research. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the analysis, this business that will be undertaken by PT. XYZ was feasible to invest under condition more than 30% ownership in equity with 3.48 to 5.90 years in Payback Period, IRR is around 14.37% to 45.65%, and NPV based on a few scenario is around Rp 108.549.000 to Rp 7.928.725.000. <br />
