However, the implementation of digital transformation has not always been successful, leading to numerous separate applications and making it difficult for the public to access information. The city of Semarang serves as an example, with over 300 existing public applications. To address this issue, there is a need for a platform that can streamline public access to services and information in one place. In designing this platform, a well-thought-out interaction design is essential to ensure that the platform can be effectively used by its users. To identify the issues with the current platform's interaction, an analysis was conducted using the 10 Usability Heuristics method, along with user interviews. The process of designing a solution to enhance the platform's usability followed the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, based on ISO 9241- 210:2019 standards. UCD is an iterative design approach that begins with understanding the user context, determining user needs, designing solutions, and evaluating interaction design. Two iterations were performed in the solution design and interaction design evaluation stages. The designed solution includes an interactive design prototype for mobile devices that meets various usability and user experience (UX) goals. The prototype was created using the Figma application. A final evaluation was conducted through usability testing with 20 users. The designed solution successfully improved usability, as evidenced by a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 10.875, compared to the current solution. Specific achievements in usability and UX goals included effectiveness, with a task success rate of 84.57%, learnability, with an average Single Ease Question (SEQ) score of 5.88, utility, with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 77.75, and helpfulness, with an Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) score of 6.85 for the value/usefulness subscale. Consequently, the designed solution achieved the set usability and UX goals. text
