Land with poor its soil properties need stabilizations treatment for increasing soil stability. The experiment used dumpers expansive soil added with stabilization material such as polymer emulsion (NR type hydroxyl etiline cellulose) and silicon emulsion (Si-OH). Stabilization is done with variety of additive material percentage such as 10%, 123%, 15%, and 17.5% for polymer emulsion. The silicon emulsions that have been added are 1%, 2%, and 3%. The curing times are 0, 1,4, 7 and 14 days for each additive composition. The result of physical properties test are: PI of undisturbed soil = 63.92% after stabilized with 12.5% polymer emulsion and 2% silicon emulsion the PI become 30.71%. The tendency of decreasing PI value is equal with increasing of stabilization material composition. The result of mechanical properties test are: undisturbed soil has MDD = 1.453 gr/cm3 and OMC = 25.873%. After stabilized with 12.5% pol &#61492;mer emulsion and 2% silicon emulsion the MDD become 1.448 grhur and OMC = 25.042%. The tendency is decreasing of MDD and OMC equal with increasing stabilization material composition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of this experiment shows that polymer and silicon emulsion can increase unconfined compressive strength up to 297.79%, and decrease swelling potential up to 67.33% and increasing of CBR value up to 222.33%. The decreasing of swelling potential and increasing of CBR are equal with increasing stabilization material composition for each curing time. <br /> text
