Description
Summary:In supporting the development of the digital economy in the Industrial Revolution 4.0, facilities are needed to support digital economic activities. The Digital Economy Office Building is one of the supporting facilities for digital economic activities located at Jalan Setiabudi Tengah No. 2, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. This building has six floors, one rooftop, and one basement. The area of the office building is around 7000 m2. Alternative plumbing systems proposed for the Digital Economy Office Building consist of conventional system, rainwater harvesting system, rainwater harvesting and wastewater reuse system. Based on the system selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process, the selected system is a rainwater harvesting and wastewater reuse system. The clean water plumbing system is divided into primary and secondary clean water. Primary clean water needs 115 m3/day, and secondary clean water is 70,7 m3/day. Primary clean water is sourced from PAM Jaya, while secondary clean water is sourced from grey water and rainwater. Wastewater drainage is divided into grey water and black water drainage. Grey water that can be processed into secondary clean water is 80,5 m3/day that will be processed at the Sewage Treatment Plant. The resulting black water is channeled into the sewer pipe. A loop-type vent pipe serves the two wastewater pipes. As much as 298,58 m3 of rainwater that falls on the building is treated by filtration before being used as water for flushing. The fire extinguishing system used in buildings is automatic sprinklers, hydrants, and APAR. The water required for fire reserves is 269,32 m3. The hydrants needed are 32 hydrant, and the required APAR is 28 units. Waste generation is projected to be 6969,62 liters/day in 2042, with 271 waste containers needed. From the design results, an investment cost of Rp6.704.013.147 is required. The annual building operational cost is Rp2.995.348.669. With these costs, the project is declared economically viable.
