Summary:Sports tourism is a tourism sector that has a large market and potential. Modern stadiums have a preference in optimizing revenue outside of match days, in contrast to traditional stadiums that are utilized on match days. The location of the stadium affects the surrounding area, as a catchment area for spectators. This is a challenge for policy makers and the private sector as stadium operators. the development of sports tourism has been widely developed by European countries. The results of the analysis use Celullar Automata (CA) to predict the possibility of land changes that occur in the future. The results of the analysis using space syntax (axial maps, agent-based modeling) identified accessibility integrated with the GBLA area. The results of the analysis using factor analysis with principal component analysis (PCA) that formed 5 factors in supporting the development of the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Area.
