Summary: | Tourism Attraction in the Manggarai Station Area is a 15-storey mixed-use building in the Manggarai area, South Jakarta, which will be used as a shopping center, entertainment center, apartments, as well as a connecting access between Manggarai train station and Manggarai bus station. This Final Project covers building planning consisting of structural planning and construction management and engineering.
In the aspect of structural engineering, reinforced concrete structure planning will be carried out for shopping center building and apartment. A steel structure will also be designed as a connecting structure between the Manggarai Railway Station and the Manggarai Bus Station. For earthquake loading of concrete structures, the structural system used is a dual system in the form of an Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System and a Special Structural Wall System. For detailing, the author uses the Special Moment Bearing Frame System. For steel structures, detailing does not use a moment-bearing frame system, but earthquake loading follows the loading of the concrete structure. This planning is carried out based on parameters that have considered the risk of earthquake. Earthquake load analysis will be using the response spectrum analysis. Aspects of construction management and engineering include determining the construction site plan, methods of construction implementation, project scheduling, and estimation of construction costs. This construction uses cast-in-situ method. The cost of this project is estimated at ????????151,147,230,500 with a duration of 17 months.
