There are several communal water supplies which have so far not been optimal in terms of quality, quantity and continuity in the distribution of water, apart from that the communal water supply services also have not served the people of Jatimukti Village as a whole. This study analyzes the status of the sustainability level of communal water supply Jatimukti Village and analyzes sensitive attributes that are reviewed through technical, environmental, institutional, social and financial dimensions by using multidimensional scaling analysis with the RAPfish method which is integrated into the R statistics. The result from this research is the communal water supply of Jatimukti Village’s sustainability value is 82.86 and if it is categorized as sustainable category this index is in the highly sustainable category range (75.01 – 100). The uneven and thorough communal water supply service factor is a sensitive attribute from the technical dimension, while the environmental dimension is the water quality monitoring factor. Leverage testing on the social dimension shows the attribute of public concern as a factor of influence, on the institutional dimension it relates to the factor of imposing sanctions, and finally on the leverage test the financial dimension shows the attribute of government subsidies as an influence factor. The sustainability of the Jatimukti Village SPAM can be maintained, especially in the social, environmental and institutional dimensions, while for the technical and financial dimensions more efforts are needed to increase the sustainability of the sustainability of its implementation. text
