INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/75289 Laundry service is a service that exists to help humans with one of their routines, which is washing their clothes. Initially, we had to do the delivery in person. However, with technological advancements, laundry activities can now be done online. Of course, there are challenges faced, and to learn more about it, interviews have been conducted, and various issues that users encounter in using laundry services have been identified. Therefore, in this final project, an appropriate interaction design and interface are developed for a laundry pick-up and delivery application, considering all the shortcomings and advantages that can be found in related existing software. The method to be used is user-centered design, which focuses on the goals and needs of users in using the software. The main objective of this final project is to produce an interaction design for the laundry delivery application that aligns with usability goals and user experience. The usability goals and user experience used are efficient to use, effective to use, easy to learn, easy to use, helpful, and satisfying. The final result of this final project is a high-fidelity in Android platform that developed using Flutter. The prototype development process also includes usability testing to determine whether the interaction design created aligns with the goals and needs of users. Additionally, testing is also conducted to determine whether all usability goals and user experience have been achieved. The testing results show that the interaction design of the software is good enough. This is evidenced by a high success rate in completing tasks and achieving some of usability goals and user experience. text
