Currently, organization is viewed as a community, in which the members of the organization are the members of community who grow and develop with their community. The human role as members of the community becomes very much important. <br /> <br /> <br /> Meaningful performance defined as performance as a result of the call to serve the better work environment, conducted freely and fully cared, which is run sustained to transform a better future and to create a more meaningful working condition as well is a form of performance more needed along with important role of human. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research is to identify the influence of humane nature and humanizing behavior of the leader upon the credibility of the leader, the mutual trust, and the commitment of members toward organization. Furthermore, is to identify the influence of these credibility, mutual trust, and commitment toward the meaningful performance which is moderated by the shared-vision. <br /> <br /> <br /> The research was performed by handing out questionnaires around 12 companies and a government agency. These companies and agency are located in Jakarta, Bandung and Pemalang. Those questionnaires are the parameters used in this research. While respondents as the research objects are the organization members with minimum educational background of high school and one year of minimum work experience. <br /> <br /> <br /> The research fmding show that: the meaningful performance is influenced positively by the commitment of the members to the organization and this positive influence is getting stronger with the existence of the shared-vision. While credibility and mutual trust do not directly affect upon this meaningful performance. The credibility and mutual trust will affect positively upon the meaningful performance after being influence by the shared-vision. Other result show that the humane nature and humanizing behavior of the leader positively influence upon the credibility of the leader, mutual trust and commitment of the members to the organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> The suggestion for the practice of management shown on the research fmding is that the company leaders should integrate the humane nature and humanizing behavior in interacting with their inferiors. The organization leader should not only be credible but also should be able to imrove people around him and should construct the shared-vision. text
