The CPO Terminal of Maloy Port is one of the infrastructures prepared to support CPO export activities in East Kalimantan Province. This study aims to design the operation pattern of the CPO Terminal of Maloy Port in 2045 in the land and water environment work area, calculate the capital cost and CPO handling. The CPO Terminal of Maloy Port has a dock with dimensions of 150 m x 27 m, trestle 750 m, causeway 1,020 m, and port office, clean water treatment system, and some other port facilities. The results of the study obtained the largest ship capacity served 74,999 DWT, total BoR value 34.12%, dock dimensions required 11,516 m x 30.6 m with 3 marine loading arms, 1 coloumn gangway, 1 fire watch tower and 8 pipes. The storage tank required has a diameter of 18 m and a height of 18 m with a capacity of 4.580 m3 for 29 units. The total stacking area is 19.874,82 m2 within 2 tank farms containing 14 and 15 storage tanks. The total capital cost is Rp1.015.883.335.193 and the CPO handling cost is Rp105.036 per m3. text
