Moreover, attention to irrigation water quality is still lacking. In this study, identification of domestic wastewater management and irrigation water quality in the vicinity was carried out. Identification of domestic wastewater management was carried out in 3 residential areas. Meanwhile, irrigation water quality tests are carried out at 10 points on 10 characteristic parameters of domestic wastewater. Then the water quality is compared with the quality standards of Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021, Water Quality Criteria (KMA) for Irrigation from Natural Resources R&D in 2014, and US EPA 1986. Wastewater management in the study area is still poor. There are still many people who discharge domestic wastewater into irrigation canals and drainage canals that are also connected to irrigation canals. Irrigation water quality also shows results that exceed quality standards on the parameters of TSS, BOD, COD, Ammonia, Oil and Fat, Total Phosphate, Detergent, and E. Coli. Thus, for all points, the quality status of irrigation water falls under the criteria of moderate pollution. The pollution index shows a tendency to change water quality in residential areas. However, further quantitative research is still needed to ascertain the correlation between domestic wastewater management and degradation of irrigation water quality. text
