The use of the colour for the space arrangement in a building was not free from the function of the building as well as the function of the room inside. The aim colouring the interior only was not limited only pleased the eyes, but had the other aim, for example for the increase in work efficiency, recuperation, and invited appetite. The arrangement must be drafted well, so as good from the aspect of beauty and from the aspect of the function both of them were reached. In the artistic function practical him to the object of the office, the problem that possibly could be solved by using the colour was the problem that was connected with the characteristics of his humankind. For example the fatigue worked, everyday boredom, boredom of the guests was waiting, the feeling that was pressed or squeezed, and with the colour of these problems possibly could be overcome so as finally felt happy as well as worked well. Because the body, the eyes and emotions did not feel the body, the eyes and emotions was pressed by the situation. <br /> <br /> <br /> Through the writing method deskriktif analytical, the Writer tried said in the explanation, the colour like what could support the activity of the insider to work. By taking one sample of the object of the office, in equipment of the field approach, the Writer gathered the secondary data at the same time the primary data to support results of the study of the bibliography of various scientific literature. Results of the research in the long run referred that soft colours will agree with the atmosphere of the work. These colours in part: grey clear, cream, the colour of tusks (broken white), and the other soft colour that had the light reflection level that was recommended.
