Summary: | People with disabilities (PWDs) frequently struggle with carrying heavy objects, and concerns with inclusivity in the fashion industry may limit their ability to express themselves in this sector of society. Because of this, a startup called Beyond is attempting to solve the problem by offering fashionable adaptive bags to wheelchair users in Indonesia. Beyond has a huge market opportunity because of the growing local business trend and a significant number of habitual Indonesian consumer purchases of products and accessories. However, despite the fact that this is crucial to raising funds for Beyond's business growth, the company has not yet measured its valuation. This study is aimed to quantify the valuation of Beyond using discounted cash flow (DCF) method. Beyond’s relevant data will be utilized as the primary data and secondary data are extracted from benchmark to similar companies. The study resulted in the valuation of Beyond after 5 years of operations for Rp510,736,887, equivalent to 1021.47% of the company’s initial investment. |
