Singgah.ID is a business established in 2021, it is a business that runs in the travel & tourism industry operating to provide customers with immersive and unique experiences by providing trips and workshops for customers and also many features, all of those features integrated into the website. The company offers another feature like web-based platforms, which consist of reviews about their experiences going to hidden gems places. The founders believe this could gain customer experience. Not just provides customer reviews about hidden gems, but also allows the customer to gain information about hidden gems and the customer can directly register for our open trip. The second service is a workshop, where customer can increase their chance of an opportunity to add friends and direct this service to our main service, namely open trips. However, our hidden gems trip still not running yet due to limited to survey places where hidden gems cost time, financial resources, and human resource for the survey team. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial feasibility of Singgah.ID to create the business value from available Hidden gems open trip. This study relies on primary data from interviews and historical corporate information, as well as secondary data from literature reviews, journals, and books. Along with an of the company's SWOT and financial Statements, this study also included an analysis of the industry using PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces. A fishbone diagram is employed to assess the issues that the firm is experiencing. Additionally, the payback period within 11 months, net present value of Rp 379,252,265, and internal rate of return 90% are being used in this research to evaluate the company's plan for developing its business from a financial perspective. text
