In the era of the current industrial revolution 4.0, the creative economy has become one of the fundamental aspects of Indonesia's economic development by continuously innovating, creating, and collaborating to increase the economic value added. EksplorAksi, a start-up from Bandung, is included in this by developing innovative activities aimed at exploring and generating high-value creative ideas. During the eight months of its business operation, EksplorAksi experienced revenue instability from 2022 to 2023. This research aims to find the best strategy to improve the financial performance of EksplorAksi. This research uses historical company data as primary data and secondary data through literature, journals, and books. The research also conducts industry analysis using PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces analysis, as well as company analysis using SWOT and financial reports. The research findings indicate that several factors affected the revenue growth of EksplorAksi, including the company's lack of financial management and financial planning. The financial performance of EksplorAksi can be improved by creating short-term and long-term financial plans incorporating three optimal cash flow scenarios, NPV, IRR, and payback period for the next five years.
