Samici Main Waste Bank was supposed to be the pillar of the management of inorganic waste in Cimahi City. However, the generation of plastic waste in Cimahi City is still one of the contributors to the pile of waste at the Sarimukti TPA which has exceeded its capacity. The goal of this study is to identify the performance of Samici Main Waste Bank based on the sustainability factors of the main waste bank with objectives to identify the condition and/or performance of the Samici Main Waste Bank and to identify the fulfillment of the main waste bank sustainability factors in the condition and/or performance of the Main Samici Waste Bank. This study uses data collected from secondary data and primary data through interviews and observations. The analysis used in this study includes factor identification and performance analysis. The performance of Samici Main Waste Bank is still lacking in several ways. Waste management activities that have not been effective and the large financial condition gap are the crucial problems that must be reviewed so that Samici Main Waste Bank can support inorganic waste management in Cimahi City.
