INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/75571 The market is generally defined as a meeting place for sellers and buyers to transact, community social-cultural interaction, and community economic development (Permendagri, 2007). Indonesia is rich in varied marine resources and has high economic value so that fisheries sector is one of the important commodities. To support the fisheries sector, a facility is needed to manage and support the buying and selling of fish, namely the fish market. Muara Angke Fish Market is the largest traditional fish market in North Jakarta. The final drainage design project aims to obtain a drainage design, in accordance with the provisions of Permen PUPR No. 12 tahun 2014. This final project consists of hydrological analysis, tidal analysis, and drainage design both within the area and outside the Muara Angke Fish Market area. Hydrological analysis was carried out to obtain the maximum rainfall distribution which will be used to find the planned rainfall with a five year return period. The planned rainfall is used to design the drainage. The design of the drainage must be adjusted to the design of the main building of the Muara Angke Fish Market and the land use around the main building. The channels to be designed consist of 28 horizontal roof gutters, 28 vertical roof gutters, 37 griund floor gutters, and 20 outer gutters in the Muara Angke Fish Market area. Drainage channels used PVC material for the roof while ground floor drains and channels outside the area used precast concrete with a box section. The calculation results show that the channel bottom elevation at each channel outlet is above the Highest High Water Level (HHWL) due to sea tides as high as 1.26 meters so no sluice gates are needed. text
