Indonesia has many tourist destinations that can be visited by tourists. This makes Indonesian tourism have great potential as an addition to the country's foreign exchange. Along with this potential, the development of the digitalization era in Indonesia is developing rapidly, marked by the emergence of startups in the tourism sector. This makes singgah offer a tourism platform for tourists who need information on tourist destinations in Indonesia and travel accommodation tickets in real time. Currently, singgah has a problem with a decrease in visitors coming to the website. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out where the problem occurred. This study uses analysis through external and internal factors so that researchers can get the strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats faced by singgah. This is included in the SWOT analysis and performs a root cause analysis of the existing problems. After obtaining the root causes, this research is continued by providing alternative solutions for singgah that can be implemented into the company's strategy. That way, this research has implications for companies by streamlining website operational costs and increasing visitors who come to the website so as to increase revenue from the website.
