Description
Summary:<p align="justify">The Covid-19 pandemic in various parts of the world impacted various industrial sectors, including the aviation industry. The airport as an element of the aviation industry is a place where the transmission of Covid-19 is quite high. Transmission occurs mainly in the process of passenger service due to direct or indirect contact between passengers and officers. As long as the passenger service process at the airport is still running, the risk of spreading Covid-19 will still exist. The transmission risk must be minimized to an acceptable risk level. This research was conducted to get an overview of the risk flow of Covid-19 transmission through the service process at the airport and the acceptable risk level from that Covid-19 transmission level of risk. It is hoped that this research will assist the National Committee for Handling Covid-19 in determining the maximum passenger service capacity of safe airports with a level of transmission risk that is still within acceptable levels. The results of this study are a risk management model for Covid-19 transmission at an airport which consists of management of the risk level of Covid-19 transmission that can enter an airport and management of acceptable risk level from that Covid-19 transmission risk level as well as the influence of variables on the passenger service process at the airport which can increase the level of risk of Covid-19 transmission at the airport such as the False Negative Probability on the results of the Covid-19 test for passengers who will carry out flights, air ventilation systems and implementation of health protocols in the Airport Terminal area, and the number of passengers taking flights.
