Compress Club has been trying to fulfill this in recent years by trying to provide the best service. Unfortunately, the current Compress Club business model is not suitable and unable to solve the problem thoroughly. This research focuses on creating a new business model from Chu to accelerate business growth. Using a qualitative approach through focus group discussions with the internal team and customers from Compress Club. There are three strategies proposed for the new business model, namely customers want services in the form of skills improvement training followed by apprenticeships. The implementation of this new service will be accompanied by the creation of a website and an overhaul of the organizational structure. The strategy will be implemented within one year to accelerate Compress Club's business growth through additional new revenue streams from new products in the form of boot camps and internship pools. text |
