As an effort to improve Indonesia's economy, universities such as ITB are developing entrepreneurship departments to give birth to entrepreneurs who can develop Indonesia. However, the adverse effects of conflicts, such as declining team performance and business dissolution, are inevitable even for startups within the entrepreneurship batch of ITB in 2023. Conflict is proven to be not only destructive but also constructive depending on how the startup manages the conflict. Good conflict management can increase or restore team performance. Good conflict management is characterized by successful conflict resolution. Several variables that build conflict resolution such as active listening, empathy, open communication, and negotiation are widely known. This research results will provide variables that are significant to the recovery of team performance after internal conflict in entrepreneurship batch startup 2023, using a methodology such as in-depth interviews, and multiple case studies to identify the pattern of conflict resolution variables. The results show that factors such as active listening, empathy, open communication are substantial factors needed in resolving conflicts which are the keys for startups to improve their performance. This research will be a reference for businesses in the entrepreneurship department to resolve conflicts and restore their work performance. text
