Virtual reality has transformed the way humans interact with technology. In the realm of politics, there is an opportunity to utilize virtual reality for data visualization in upcoming elections, providing insights into candidate victories and voting distribution. Existing research has focused on incorporating stakeholders' needs in elections. Through this data, 3D virtual reality visualizations have been developed. In Indonesia, election results are presented in 2D visualizations on the web, while in the UK, there is a project displaying election results using laptop controls in a 3D environment. Therefore, this thesis aims to develop a virtual reality-based election visualization. The application is developed using Unity, running in a virtual reality environment with control via Oculus Quest 2. The development process involves data acquisition using Selenium for the 2019 election data. The visualization includes textual participant profiles, a participant support map using choropleth maps, and electability displayed through bar charts. Blender is used for rendering Indonesia's map as an asset. The development encompasses three main parts in Unity: scene creation, user interactions, and the user interface. Usability testing based on task- based scenarios is conducted with eight users for evaluation purposes. text |

The advancement of technology has led to the growth of virtual reality, and
Indonesia has followed this trend with a significant portion of the population
embracing it. Virtual reality has transformed the way humans interact with
technology. In the realm of politics, there is an opportunity to utilize virtual reality
for data visualization in upcoming elections, providing insights into candidate
victories and voting distribution.
Existing research has focused on incorporating stakeholders' needs in elections.
