LRI Ramadhan, Ghiyats Indonesia Theses reject printing, reject weight, risk analysis, total productive maintenance, statistical process control INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/75690 The production process is an important element that must be controlled in the pharmaceutical industry. One of the control parameters is the absence of waste that occurs on the production floor. Waste has a direct impact on an increase in direct labor and factory overhead so that it has implications for an increase in the Cost of Good Solds (COGS). This study aims to analyze the control of the production process at the bulk filling stage and the primary packaging printing process by looking at the rate of reject of the two processes based on a combination risk assessment of Ishikawa diagrams-FMEA and with improvement methods using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Statistical Process Control ( SPC). The study was conducted on a total of 60 batch records by analyzing 30 batch records before repair and 30 batch records after repair. The results of improvements with risk analysis and the application of TPM have an impact on reducing the proportion of weighted centerline rejects on the Laney p-chart control chart where the centerline has been reduced from 0.36% to 0.035%. The proportion of centerline reject printing on the Laney p-chart control chart was also reduced from 1.56% to 0.58%. The two repair results are in accordance with the company's internal weight acceptance reject criteria of no more than 0.25% and reject printing of no more than 1%. The repair process was confirmed by the Mann-Whitney test, the repair results showed a P-value <0.05 so it was stated that the process improvements made had a significant impact. text |
