The XYZ Foundation as a foundation engaged in education seeks to contribute to increasing the availability and quality of education in Indonesia by establishing Islamic boarding schools which consist of various education levels. XYZ Junior High School is one of the school units formed by the XYZ Foundation which has increased the interest of new students in recent years, so the Foundation feels the need to increase the capacity to accept new students by building a new class building at XYZ junior high school. The financial feasibility study on the XYZ junior high school new class building construction project aims to assess whether the project is financially feasible or not. This project requires an investment value of Rp. 3,808,806,711 with the target can start in 2023 and be ready to function in 2024. This study uses several parameters that are used to assess the financial feasibility of the project, namely the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), Profitability Index (PI). Risk analysis in the form of sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis is also carried out to find out what factors influence the financial feasibility of the project. The study results show that the project is financially feasible with an NPV value of Rp.10,301,967,042, an IRR of 25.39%, a PBP of 1.95, and a PI of 3.70. The results of the risk analysis show that the factor that greatly influences this project is the number of new students realized. text |
