The qualitative phase involves in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with various stakeholders. After the qualitative phase, a survey was conducted to quantitatively measure the determinants of tourism included in those identified. A structured questionnaire was administered to 305 visitors to Borobudur Temple, incorporating Likert scale items related to the identified themes. Descriptive analysis was used to summarize responses and provide an overview of visitor perceptions of tourism including. Validity was assessed through content validity, ensuring the questionnaire items adequately represented the tourism construct included. Reliability was evaluated using internal consistency measures, such as Cronbach's alpha, to assess the consistency and stability of the questionnaire items. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed to test the measurement model and assess the suitability between the data and the proposed theoretical framework. In addition, factor analysis analysis (EFA) was used to explore the underlying structural factors of tourism, refine the measurement model further and identify potential new factors or dimensions. The results of the EFA analysis revealed that five new factors were formed, namely staff management, facilities and information, accessible tour operators, accommodation, transportation, accessible facilities, affordable accommodation, transportation provided by the government. These five factors are very important to have because they can be used to determine whether tourism is said to be inclusive or not. text |
