Summary:Building construction in Jakarta has grown rapidly, including office buildings that provide rent for start-up businesses . In building buildings, there are several things that must be considered such as aspects of engineering, architecture, aesthetics, electricity, soil mechanics, and plumbing systems. Collaboration Hub Building: Rental Office and Cooperation Space consists of 7 floors, namely basement, ground floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, and roof floor. Standards applicable in Indonesia are used in plumbing system design such as SNI, Regional Regulations, and Governor Regulations. The implementation of the final project is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the data collection stage, and the data processing stage. In plumbing system design, there are several alternatives proposed. However, for the alternative chosen as follows, for the clean water plumbing system, an upper tank system is used. For wastewater, a separation is carried out between blackwater and greywater where blackwater treated water will be taken to septic tanks before going to town sewer and for greywater will be treated for reuse as recycled water for flushing. For vent systems, a vent loop system is used where one pipe can serve a maximum of up to 8 plumbing tools. For rainwater systems will be treated with greywater for flushing purposes. For fire extinguishing systems using sprinkler systems with the help of fire extinguishers. In STP, aerobic-anaerobic biofilter processing is used. Based on the results of analysis and calculations, it is concluded that this project is feasible with an investment cost of Rp. 8,746,619.00 and operational costs per year of Rp. 488,659. 515.
