<p align="justify">Center and Weaving Workshop in West Java project functions as a center for production activities and training for traditional West Javanese weaving. This project consists of three buildings that are used for weaving craft facilities, namely the Exhibition-Commercial Building, the Workshop Building, and the Supporting Building. Effective and efficient construction management is needed to realize the construction planning of the Sentra dan Lokakarya Tenun Building. In this final project, construction management will be discussed which consists of the planning of construction methods, quantification of work volume, construction safety and construction plans, calculation of work productivity, scheduling planning, budget planning, and construction cost estimates. The construction method includes preparatory work, soil, lower structure, and upper structure. This project lasted 213 working days with the direct cost of the West Java Weaving Center and Workshop Project of Rp28,929,476,574.73. Indirect costs amounted to Rp5.330.005.179,64. The total value of the project Implementation Budget Plan is Rp35.051.114.506,04 and the Budget Plan is Rp Rp41.399.741.376,79.
