Summary:Byklambee is a small online business store that are fan-based store selling fan-made merchandise, mainly apparel. The fan-made merchandise markets have become a huge opportunities for individuals to take their creativity while also benefiting through their own creative thinking on social media. Companies apply the formulation of strategy as a tool to help them accomplish the goals they have set. One of the variables that impact strategy can be influenced by both internal and external company variables. This study attempts to identify and analyze Byklambee's internal and external environments as well as the best business strategy. This study uses a qualitative methodology and collects data utilizing approaches like observation, documentation, interviews, netnography and literature reviews. Matrix such as IFE, EFE, SWOT M, IE M, GSM, and QSPM analyses were used in this study to develop a strategy for Byklambee. Based on the last results of the matrix analysis, it can be concluded that main business strategy recommendation for Byklambee is to expand their marketing strategy to potential new customer.
