Summary:PT International Kreamer is a manufacturing company that produces Creamer products for Business to Business (B2B) and retail customers in Indonesia. Supply Chain Department in PT International Kreamer manages its end-to-end supply chain activities from sourcing materials, operational activities, and delivering goods to the customers. One of the supply-chain-related costs measured by PT International Kreamer is Carrying Cost, which calculates inventory and warehousing costs. Although Supply Chain Department already planned resources and has proper inventory management, there is an increase in carrying cost percentage in 2022 compared to the previous year. This put pressure on the margin of PT International Creamer. In Industry 4.0, digital transformation and improvement have become pivotal in knowledge management. Digital improvement will speed up knowledge creation, tacit and explicit knowledge, and knowledge sharing processes within the organization. This will result in an increased rate of knowledge internalization, which can increase knowledge workers’ capability and, in the end, increase supply chain efficiency. The study aims to design Knowledge Management (KM) program with digital tools to achieve sustainable and efficient supply chain process in PT International Kreamer. The research focuses on KM Assessment using APO KM Assessment while KM Programs were developed using APO Framework, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deploy. KM Strategy was discussed with top management to ensure KM strategy is aligned with the business strategy. APO KM Assessment shows that KM Maturity for PT International Kreamer has already reached Refined stage. Identified KM intervention to improve knowledge management system in PT International Creamer are Knowledge Creation Framework Workshop, Rolling Forecast Meeting, Digital Action Plan Board for Small Group Activities, Document Validation and Verification, Online Dashboard, and Digital Knowledge Sharing Platform. Integrated KM Processes with each supply chain step were mapped in Knowledge Stock and Flow and the SECI matrix.
