Description
Summary:<p align="justify"> The Co-Living Development Center consists of two buildings, each with 21 floors and 15 floors, with 3 basemen levels connecting the two buildings. The objective of this Final Project is to design retaining walls for the basemen excavation process and also design foundations capable of supporting the structural loads. The design of the retaining walls aims to ensure the safety of the building's basemen. The analysis of the retaining walls is assisted by PLAXIS 2D software using staged construction modeling. The retaining walls are secant piles with diameters of 800mm and 1200mm respectively, with a total height of 26 meters. Ground anchors are present in the 800mm retaining wall at depths of -3, -6, and -9 meters. Two types of foundations are used, namely bored piles with a diameter of 1 meter and a depth of 20 meters with a raft foundation, and raft foundation as a shallow foundation. The process of designing the foundation's bearing capacity is carried out with the assistance of LPILE and GROUP software. Settlement analysis is also performed using PLAXIS 3D.
