Description
Summary:Go-Jek Indonesia is one of the largest start-up companies in Indonesia. Companies that are always growing, of course, need adequate facilities and infrastructure. Head office infrastructure in this case is one of the basic needs needed by this company. The office will be built in the city of South Jakarta, which has a fairly high seismic risk. This infrastructure consists of 12 floors with three basement floors. The design of the structure is planned to be reinforced concrete with a dual system as the main resisting system for seismic forces. Basement is planned using raft foundation. Secant-pile had been chosen as the retaining wall. Due to the location of the building which is quite close to other buildings, top-down construction method had been chosen. Therefore the use of the King Post column as a temporary basement column is required. The entire structural element design process is planned based on the latest Indonesian standards. In addition to the structural and geotechnical aspects, of course, construction management aspects also need to be planned. Construction management involves project scheduling and Cost Budgeting planning. This should be planned in such a way that the duration of the project is as fast as possible with the minimum possible resources.
