Summary:<p align="justify">In the rapidly growing aviation industry, achieving on-time departure has become a crucial factor influenced by the operational capabilities of aviation stakeholders in completing turnaround times within the designated timeframe. As air travel volume increases, the recording of activities in the apron area, which falls under the responsibility of Apron Movement Control, is also susceptible to increased risks of errors. However, advancements in surveillance technology in the form of images and videos have enabled the development of automation that can perform data recording tasks. This study aims to develop a simple automated data recording system based on Computer Vision. In this research, two methods are proposed for calculating turnaround time based on data obtained from the developed model. The proposed methods involve observing confidence value and observing the center point’s location. The results of this study indicate that the model can generate data and visualizations automatically with certain limitations. The analysis demonstrates that the method of observing the center point’s location holds an advantage over the confidence value observation method.
