So it takes a long time, and errors often occur. This problem can be overcome by applying Industry 4.0 technology, one of which is by integrating cyber-physical systems. The system is a technological transformation that connects the real and virtual worlds using sensors and controllers. However, not all production elements can be provided with controllers and sensors in labour-intensive manufacturing industries. Therefore, the implementation of configurable virtual workstations aims to support traditional or labour-intensive manufacturing industries that cannot use controllers and sensors for all production elements. One implementation of a configurable virtual workstation can track and plan material procurement. This study aims to develop a material procurement system and supplier selection to make decisions and schedule plans for the arrival of materials from suppliers. Material requirement planning uses the material requirement planning method based on the bill of materials. Selection of suppliers to fulfil orders based on predetermined criteria, using the analytical hierarchical process method, namely by weighting each criterion and supplier. The largest weight indicates the highest importance. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the use of the analytical hierarchical process method to rank 6 suppliers with 8 criteria in the system that has been created takes about 16 seconds to 1 minute, which is done automatically, accurately, and completely. In addition, making lists of materials that need to be ordered, arrival schedules, suppliers, and ratings for the same 10 types of products can be done automatically, accurately, completely, and quickly in just a few milliseconds. text
