The diversity of types of tourist attractions in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah aims to increase domestic and foreign tourist visits, but the balance between tourist visits and data regarding products and services at these destinations is still very limited. Therefore, the authors consider this research necessary to be carried out with the aim of knowing visitors' perceptions of the product and service quality of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. It is hoped that the results of this study can assist and become a basis for relevant stakeholders in formulating appropriate policies for the development and marketing of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The method used in this study was purposive sampling with questionnaires, open interviews, and reviews provided by visitors on the TripAdvisor site. The data analysis technique used is descriptive-qualitative with a quantitative approach. In this study, there are two variables to be measured: product quality with 12 indicators and service quality with eight. The results of this study indicate that there are four indicators that get the highest score with the category strongly agree products at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah have a variety of tourism activities with an average value of 4.30 with a percentage of 43.6% of respondents giving a value of 5, the available facilities are adequate with an average value of 4.29 with a percentage of 49.5% of respondents giving a value of 5, the quality of these facilities has been good with an average score of 4.26 with a percentage of 42.6% of respondents giving a value of 5, and Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is a place that is very popular and easy to find on social media with an average value of 4.26 with a percentage of 43.6% of respondents giving a value of 5, while for service variables there is the two indicators that get the highest score in the agree category are the services provided by good staff with an average of 4.02 with a percentage of 32.7% of respondents giving a value of 5 and staff can provide comfort to visitors with an average of 4.02 with a percentage of 32.7% of respondents giving a value of 5. Visitors, the majority of whom come from Jabodetabek, have a vulnerable age of 17–35 years, get information from the internet, and come to destinations with friends. text |
