Description
Summary:The application of Virtual reality is used as a means of virtual relationships. This research is focused on testing the efficiency of Virtual reality which is used as a medium to interact with architectural space users to develop Spatial Sensations of architectural space. This study uses a qualitative method that focuses on analyzing Virtual reality with a Narrative Research approach because it will provide understanding to the user in the form of visual communication which will be realized in the form of VR which is much more accurate by developing Spatial Sensation so that users will feel more representative, give a feeling of scale, depth, and a tangible spatial awareness that rendering, scale modeling, or animation cannot perceive. The analysis process in the research is in the form of observation and interviews to find out the point of view of the user when using VR as a visual communication tool in viewing the work. Then provide several surveys in the form of open-ended questions to users which will be followed by secondary research to produce animations from 3D architecture that are realized in VR form. The results of this study are to obtain a variety of spatial needs for the sensation of space for users by designing interaction media for users and interior designers so that they can interact and meet each other's needs by simulating the position of space in creating a comfortable stay.
