Description
Summary:The existence of Green Open Space is a natural solution to environmental problems. One form of Green Open Space in Tangerang City is Situ Bulakan and an Environment Community Center will be built that can accommodate the activities of various communities and consists of 8 (eight) buildings, namely the main building, reception building, commercial building, greenhouse, water treatment building, waste management building, support building, and public toilet. The buildings in Environment Community Center have varied materials consisting of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood. The design is based on SNI 1726:2019 for earthquake-resistant buildings, SNI 1727:2020 for structural loading, SNI 2847:2019 for the design of reinforced concrete buildings, SNI 7973:2013 for the design of timber roof structures, SNI 1729:2020 for the design of steel space truss, and other supporting documents for confined masonry structures. The structural systems used are Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRF) for reinforced concrete structures and confined masonry. There is also steel space truss and timber plane truss. ETABS software is used for modelling of the concrete structure with dynamic spectrum response analysis. The beam, slab, and transverse column reinforcement were designed manually, while the longitudinal column reinforcement was designed using the spColumn software. The modeling of steel and timber structures was done using SAP2000 software and the connections were designed manually. Meanwhile, confined masonry structures were designed manually.
