This final project reviews the design of construction engineering management, which includes work breakdown structures, construction methods, budget planning, and scheduling. The fields of work discussed in this final design project are preparatory work, earthwork, foundation work, structural work, and water resources work. Construction begins with preparatory work, then landfill work, then foundation work consisting of pile and pile cap work, then steel structure work, and ends with water resources work consisting of drainage channels, sump pits, and ground water tanks (GWT). The estimated construction cost of the project based on direct and indirect costs is IDR 117.488.553.610 with a total construction cost per building area of IDR 3.394.827 per m2.
