Bandung is a big city that has a tourist attraction that is in demand by tourists with the purpose of vacation or weekend. As the increase of tourists exploring the city of Bandung, will cause the tourism industry in the city of Bandung has a great opportunity to develop and increase. Coffee Truck is one of the people's choices to enjoy their free time, especially at the location of the fitness Park, Jalan Teuku Umar Bandung. With the rapid development of coffee traders in the city of Bandung by carrying the concept of coffee truck, of course, there are still problems experienced by traders and consumers, especially in ergonomic design aspects. Based on the study and identification of problems in the coffee truck that focuses on the fitness Park, Jalan Teuku Umar Bandung, the author has the purpose of writing this work as follows : identify problems related to ergonomics experienced by traders with the concept of coffee truck in the fitness Park area, identify problems and needs experienced by customers coffee truck shops in, as well as looking for innovation opportunities for the development of new designs to improve the ergonomics and comfort of the coffee truck design so that it better supports the needs, effectiveness and comfort of users and customers of coffee trucks in the fitness Park area. In the study of ergonomics, the author uses a precedent product and the driving position has been changed from the precedent product with several adjustments to fit the needs of this design.. The coffee truck shape concept is given a touch of modern and ergonomic design combining nostalgic elements and classic visual appeal with the latest features that ensure comfort and efficiency in its operation. Mood board is a reference in designing this coffee truck adjusts to the identity of the main menu that is served coffee, warrna chosen was identical to shades of coffee such as chocolate caramel and broken white (cream) which is used as the dominant color on the coffee truck.
