Description
Summary:Subsidized Mortgage Liquidity Facility (FLPP) is a financing scheme in the House Ownership Credit (KPR) Sejahtera program which is one of the initiative to reduce the housing backlog and provide access to affordable housing for low-income groups. However, the effectiveness of the national program cannot be properly explained. This research will explain the level of effectiveness of the KPR Sejahtera program with the FLPP Scheme at Alam Sanggar Indah Residence, West Bandung Regency using a pseudo-evaluation approach. The value of effectiveness is evaluated based on the accuracy of the buyer, the accuracy of occupancy utilization, occupancy feasibility, as well as residential location and environment. Primary data collection was carried out using offline questionnaires and observation, while secondary data was obtained from literature reviews and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) database. The analysis used is qualitative analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, and buffer analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the level of effectiveness of housing is on the threshold of "Quite Effective" and "Less Effective". The level of effectiveness is obtained from the assessment of recipients and the use of subsidized housing that does not work properly.
