Co-Living Development Center (CLDC) is an apartment located in East Jakarta which consist of two tower, each with 21 floors and 15 floors. Those two towers are connected by skybridge in certain floors. CLDC has 3 floors of basement on the base of the building. The objective of this Final Project is to determine the structural system of CLDC and design the structural elements. This project is designed using reinforced concrete structures. The structure is modeled using ETABS and designed according to SNI 1726:2019 for the design of earthquake-resistant buildings, SNI 1727:2019 for minimum load on buildings, and SNI 2847:2019 for the design of reinforced concrete buildings. Structural analysis is done using a two-stage analysis procedure by separating the analysis between the upper and lower structures. The structural systems used in the upper and lower structures are Dual System: Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) and Special Structural Wall System (SSWS). The result of structural design is the design of earthquake-resistant structural elements in the form of beams, columns, slabs, and shear walls.
