Landscape Planning of Fahutan Unmul Educational Forest is an area development effort that focuses on providing learning facilities, research and field practice for students of the Faculty of Forestry, Mulawarman University Samarinda in addition to being developed as an Urban Forest and Ecotourism.
The purpose of this research is to make a re-planning that begins with analyzing the potential and condition of the Unmul Educational Forest as a means of integrated practice of ecological-based forestry and tourism models in the framework of land rehabilitation, conservation of flora and fauna, soil and water protection and to provide input in presenting tourism. nature (ecotourism) that can function optimally in Samarinda City.
