Summary: | Semarang City Office and Social Space Facilities consist of 7 floors and 2 basements. The design of plumbing systems for clean water, recycled water, wastewater, vents, rainwater, and fire extinguishing systems is based on SNI 8153:2015 concerning Plumbing Systems in Buildings. Clean water for the building comes from the PDAM with a capacity of 160,8 m3 per day based on the needs of the building. Thus, the ground water tank is planned with a volume of 113,8 m3 and the roof tank with a volume of 26,25 m3. Recycled water comes from the grey water that produced by floor drain, kitchen sink and lavatory which has been pretreated at the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), as well as rainwater which has been treated with rainwater treatment. The recycled water reservoir is designed with a volume of 81 m3 for the ground water tank and 8,5 m3 for the roof tank. Wastewater is channeled in a separate system, where grey water will flow to the STP and black water will flow to the septic tank. For the vent system, a loop system is used which serves up to 8 plumbing tools and is channeled towards the top of the building. Rainwater flowed using gravity to the rainwater treatment and sump pit. The fire extinguishing system is designed using hydrants and sprinklers. The results of the design are outlined in the form of reports, technical drawings, and draft budgets. |
