The building consists of three different structures, each tailored to the departments within the company. These three buildings are interconnected by bridges in the middle of each structure, facilitating collaboration between departments within the office. The project is planned for two main structural components: a steel frame roof structure and a reinforced concrete structure. The steel frame roof structure is designed following the guidelines of SNI 1729:2020 for the design of steel structural components and connections, while the reinforced concrete structure is designed according to SNI 1726:2019 for earthquake-resistant buildings, SNI 1727:2020 for minimum loads on buildings, and SNI 2847:2019 for the design of reinforced concrete structures. The reinforced concrete structure adopts the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). Additionally, there is a bridge connecting one building to the other two buildings, which utilizes a steel frame. The structural calculations are performed manually with the assistance of CSI ETABS software for structural modeling, SpColumn for column reinforcement, and AutoCAD for Detail Engineering Design. text |
